Hydraulic Hose Assembly
The hydraulic hose assembly is composed of crimped connectors and hydraulic hoses assembled through a specific process. It is used for flexible connections between liquid cooling manifolds and liquid-cooled servers, and between liquid cooling CDUs and manifolds. Crimped connectors can be threaded, flanged or custom elbow types.

Reference conditions & selection notes
- The slide gives working pressure 200 and burst pressure 700 or 800 without pressure units. These numbers are retained without conversion or an assumed bar/psi rating.
- Minimum bend radius and fixed length are model-specific. Connector type, hose material and cooling-medium compatibility are selected for the assembly.
