Liquid Cooling Ring Piping

Prefabricated Ring Distribution Piping

Liquid Cooling Ring Piping

The ring distribution piping is a modular prefabricated piping system consisting of ring-shaped supply and return main pipelines, branch pipelines connecting manifolds and CDUs, valves, automatic air vents, pipe supports, drip trays and water leakage detection systems. It connects to the secondary water circuit and allows branch flow to be controlled through valves.

Reference conditions & selection notes

  • The source reference aisle contains 3 liquid-cooling CDUs, 7 chilled-water air conditioners, 16 liquid-cooled cabinets and 4 network cabinets. This bill of materials describes that layout, not a universal installation.
  • The source does not explicitly print units for every geometric value (9343 Γ— 913, L=1500/2500, tray 9428 Γ— 1020 Γ— 40 and H=200). The values are retained without assigning unprinted units.
  • The source lists 2.5-inch secondary pipework with 1.5-inch secondary valves. This difference is retained for technical confirmation.
  • A positioning leak-detection cable at the lower ring-network area provides approximately 1 m positioning granularity. Alarms can upload to the environmental-monitoring system and platform.
