Cabinet-mounted Air-to-Liquid CDU
Cabinet-mounted Air-to-Liquid CDU is designed specifically for high heat density liquid-cooled server application scenarios. It requires no external cooling water supply or overhead cabling via raised floor systems. The overall cooling system layout is simple, with a short installation cycle and easy operation and maintenance. It is particularly suitable for retrofitting traditional air-cooled data centers and small high-performance computing centers.
How it works
The cabinet-mounted air-to-liquid CDU consists of rear fans, high-efficiency air-to-liquid heat exchangers, water pumps, controllers and pipeline components. Driven by the water pump, high-temperature working fluid from liquid-cooled servers undergoes convective heat exchange with cold air in the data room. After cooling, the fluid returns to the liquid-cooled servers to complete the heat exchange cycle.

Reference conditions & selection notes
- Both model tables appear on slide 5 with the cabinet-mounted air-to-liquid description. They are preserved separately; the source does not explicitly map every cabinet feature to both models.
- Cooling capacity depends on working conditions. Confirm the selected working conditions and cooling medium with technical personnel.
- CDU-16AJ filtration is 100 μm; CDU-120AL3SS61222 filtration is 100 mesh. These are different source units and are not interchangeable.
- The 120 kW model lists <5 kW consumption; the description separately states total power below 5% of the heat load. These apply to the specified operating point, not every load.
