Liquid-Cooled Door
Installed at the cabinet rear or front to enhance server airflow, the liquid-cooled door can combine with cold-plate cooling for a fully liquid-cooled cabinet. It is intended for high cabinet heat loads and equipment sensitive to ambient temperature. The active rear-door version comprises a heat exchanger, fan wall and sheet-metal components; the passive version comprises a heat exchanger and perforated door.

Reference conditions & selection notes
- Capacity is stated at the individual source duty points: active 20 kW at AT=2.7°C and 130 L/min; passive 10.1 kW at AT=2.6°C and 55 L/min. The source does not define AT, so it is not relabeled as another temperature difference.
- The water temperatures, airflow, pressure drops, power, dimensions and compatible cabinet dimensions are separate for active and passive versions.
- Slide 20 shows cold plate + liquid-cooled rear door as an all-liquid architecture option. Compressor-free operation depends on cold-source conditions and permissible cabinet inlet-air temperature.
